Why Does My Phonak Hearing Aid Keep Beeping?
There are a number of reasons why your hearing aid might be beeping or whistling at you.
Firstly you need to determine whether the beep is the hearing aid advising you that the battery is low or is it randomly beeping due to feedback. Feedback occurs when sound spills out of the ear canal and back into the hearing aid microphones which causes a beeping or whistling sound. This is easily fixed but will require an appointment with a specialists.

Why Is My Phonak Hearing Aid Flashing Red?
The charging base displays a flashing red light when trying to charge the hearing aids. … A flashing red light on the charging base means that the charging base is outside the normal operating temperature range.
If the hearing aids is fully charged and the light on the hearing aid is flashing red then there may be a fault with the device which requires attention for your hearing care specialist.

What If My Phonak Hearing Aid Gets Wet?
If you hearing aid gets wet then turn it off immediately, remove the battery if possible. You will need to dry it out completely before turning back on.
