Thank you very much for organising my new hearing aids. They are comfortable and working well.

As you know I had some bad luck when I was recently in Adelaide when my charger was damaged. The knowledge that you have a branch in Adelaide was very helpful and after a phone call to the office I picked up another charger from Vicki, for what was a very special weekend for me and my wife. Not being able to hear well would have been a disaster.

Later it was replaced with a brand new one in Port Lincoln!.

I was interested to know you were born and raised in Port Lincoln and that helps with you knowing the local norms!

Your business, judged on my experience will thrive. As you know I was a GP here for decades and your manner and Vicki’s is most professional and caring and I am sure you fit in well with other health professionals. It is good to know that you go the extra mile helping your patients access help when it is not available here.

Definitely recommend these guys! I have worn hearing aids for a number of years now and have always been associated with another larger hearing provider here in Adelaide (which I won't name). I was due for a new set of hearing aids and was quoted a large amount which as usual was expected when buying the premium hearing aid technology. But this time instead of just taking it on the chin and excepting the price, I thought I would get a second quote. I phoned and spoke to Luke from Independent Hearing I asked for a quote on the exact same brand and model of hearing aids and to my surprise I was quoted over $2000 less for the exact same product. Needless to say I made the switch and have now been fitted with my new devices (which I am absolutely loving by the way) Great Service, Great Price and Excellent Support! A++

If you are looking for assistance with a hearing loss claim then I would definitely recommend Independent Hearing. When I retired from my job I had testing conducted by my employer and was advised that the hearing damage I had didn't warrant a claim. A few years went by and I was continuing to have trouble with my hearing and ringing in the ears so I went to the hearing specialist at Independent Hearing for a test. Anyways to cut a long story short I ended up submitting an Industrial Hearing Loss claim through Independent Hearing and low and behold it was successful. Now I have been fitting with my new hearing aids and I am so happy for their service, support and professionalism. A++++

Go and see LUKE ARGENT, such a professional, very kind, polite, very cooperative, very clean room, everything is arranged perfectly and also specially the mindset to listen to your issues and from there take actions accordingly. I went to do my ear assessment which was FREE, but he was VERY kind enough to do the pressure check for FREE, every thing is straight forward. No hidden charges, no running around the bushes. The team at Independent Hearing Port Lincoln saved my holiday! Losing some of my hearing aid components after travelling from the East coast, the team took the time to find out what I needed, ensure the parts were correct, liaise with a courier and send it to Venus Bay. The parts were A1 and my friends and family could go on enjoying their holidays without having to shout at me. The team at Independent Hearing went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them more.

I have had a number of hearing tests over the years but none have been as detailed as the one I had at this clinic. The man is extremely thorough and it is the first time someone has actually explained my hearing loss in detail. I ended up trialling some new hearing aids and cant believe how much better I can hear, I always had trouble in large crowds with my last ones but these new ones help me hear with ease.
